摘要 采用海泡石 ,制备环氧树脂纳米复合材料 ,采用胶化时间、X射线衍射、扫描电镜及力学性能等测试方法研究海泡石对环氧树脂基体反应性、力学性能及热性能的影响。结果表明 ,海泡石对环氧树脂的工艺性没有影响 ,当海泡石含量为 1 %时 ,可使环氧树脂的玻璃化温度提高近 5 0℃ ,冲击强度提高 5倍 ,弯曲强度提高 We first prepared nanocomposites with sepiolite, epoxy CYD-128 and curing agents. Then we studied the impact strength, bend strength and transition glass temperature (Tg) of sepiolite/epoxy nanocomposites with the sepiolite content varying from 1% to 4% by mass, and then studied the effect of amount of sepiolite content on gel time of matrix. The fracture morphology of the impact specimens is observed by scanning electron microscopy, and the sepiolite dispersion and crystal structure are observed with X-ray diffraction. As a result, when sepiolite is installed, Tg will increase by about 50°C. The bend strength increases from 63.57 MPa up to 125.71 MPa with the addition of only 1 wt% of sepiolite, representing an improvement of up to 200% as compared with the neat epoxy. The impact strength increases from 4.1 kJ/m2 up to 20.92 kJ/m2 with the addition of only 1 wt% of sepiolite, showing an improvement of about 500% as compared with the neat epoxy. Sepiolite is dispersed well in epoxy matrix as fiber state, so it enhances the thermal and mechanical properties of epoxy matrix.
