摘要
本文讨论了导至“闭式环流高功率连续CO_2激光器”输出功率不稳定性的主要因素,特别对等离子体的电离不稳定性进行了较深入的分析;在一台管(阴极)板(阳极)结构的闭式环流高功率连续CO_2激光器上做实验,研究了输出功率的不稳定度(△P/)与有关因素(杂质气体、冷却水温等)的关系;提出了几点具有现实意义的技术措施,可以有效地减少高功率CO_2激光的不稳定性。
In this paper, the main factors, which cause the instability of output power of 'close circular flow high power continuous CO2 laser',are discussed. The ion-ization instability of plasma more deeply is analysed, particularly. The experiments are made on the close circular flow high power continuous CO2 laser with construction of the tube (cathode) and the plates (anode). The relation of a degree of output power insta-bility (△P/P) and the relative factors (the impurity gas, the temperature of cooling water, etc. ) is researched. The several technical measures with an actual significace are presented. These tcehnical measures may effectually reduce the instability of output power of high power continuous CO2 laser.
