树 2 6只分为正常对照组和 1型糖尿病组。小量、多次链脲佐菌素注射可诱导树产生 1型糖尿病 ,其 β细胞损伤与胰岛中细胞凋亡通路激活有关。

Twenty-six tree shrews were assigned to the control group and type 1 diabetes mellitus-induced group. The pathogenesis of type 1 diabetes mellitus in tree shrews induced by multiple intravenous injection with low dose of streptozotocin may be related to the activation of apoptosis pathway.
