以含腺嘌呤的饲料在SD大鼠建立高尿酸血症动物模型 。
Hyperuricemia animal model was established in SD rats fed with adenine-rich diet. The serum uric acid level in hyperuricemia rats was decreased after treatment with allopurinol.
