摘要
本文用扫描电子显微镜观察了Ti-50.59at.%Ni形状记忆合金的断口组织形貌,存在韧窝、撕裂带,表明该合金具有一定的韧性;用透射电子显微镜观察了合金的微观组织,发现有位错塞积、形变亚晶界、马氏体片以及孪晶,认为位错对合金的马氏体相变具有重要的作用,马氏体间的应力集中是合金中出现微裂纹的主要原因。
This paper observes the fracture surface of Ti-50.59at. % Ni shape memory alloy with SEM; We find dimples and tearing slits on the surface. This indicates the alloy has some toughness. We investigate the internal microstructure of the alloy with TEM, and find dislocation stacking, deformed vice-intersurface, martensite plates and twinning. We confirm that dislocations have much effect on the martensite transformation and the stress concentration among the martensite plates would be the main cause for the production of microcrack.
