摘要
本文采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、能谱、示差扫描热分析仪实验手段对Ni-Ti-Ce合金的物相、显微组织、微区成分和相变温度进行了观察和分析。结果发现,Ni-Ti-Ce合金与Ni-Ti的显微组织明显不同,在基体相Ni-Ti中分布着大量的B-Ce相粒子。马氏体相变温度比Ni-Ti合金有所降低。
The microstructure and the temperature of phase transformation of the Ni-Ti-Ce alloy were observed and analyzed respectively by XRD, SEM and DSC in this paper. At the same time, the composition was analyzed by EDS. It is found that the microcosmic composition of Ni-Ti based SMA with thulium was obviously different from Ni-Ti alloy, β-Ce was distributed in the Ni-Ti matrix. The temperature of phase transformation was lower than that of Ni-Ti alloy.
