前列腺特异性抗原、前列腺体积与睾酮水平的随龄变化及相关分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的 :探讨 5 0岁以上男性随增龄血清前列腺特异性抗原 (PSA)、前列腺体积与激素变化的规律及相关性。方法 :以 5 2 4名 5 0岁以上男性为研究对象 ,超声检测仪测前列腺体积 ,ELISA技术检测血清PSA含量 ,放射免疫分析法检测血清睾酮、促黄体生成激素 (LH)含量。结果 :(1)血清PSA含量随增龄增高和前列腺体积随增龄而增大 ;(2 )血清睾酮 (T)含量随增龄下降 ,血清LH含量则随增龄而增高 ;(3)血清PSA和LH含量与前列腺体积呈显著正相关 ;(4 )血清睾酮含量与前列腺体积呈负相关 (r=- 0 4 5 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 :血清PSA含量随增龄增高与前列腺的组织学变化有关 。 AIM: To study the relationship between serum prostate specific antigen (PSA) and sex hormones as well as PSA change with aging and volume of prostate. METHODS: Volume of prostate was measured by supersonic diagnostic set. Serum PSA content was determined by ELISA. Serum testosterone and luteinizing hormone (LH) contents were measured by radioimmunoassay. The relationship between volume of prostate, PSA , sex hormones and PSA with aging was analyzed. RESULTS: (1) Serum PSA increased with aging. (2) Declined serum levels of testosterone with aging were detected. Serum LH contents increased with aging. (3) PSA and LH contents were positively correlated with aging and volume of prostate. (4) The testosterone levels were negatively correlated with the volume of prostate (r=-0.45,P<0.01). CONCLUSION: The amount of serum PSA is correlated with the histological changes of the benign hyperplasia of prostate, and the declined serum testosterone is one of the most important reasons of abnormal hyperplasia of prostate. [
