住院新生儿父母的心理需求及其影响因素分析

Psychological needs of parents of neonatal infants and influencing factors

目的:描述住院新生儿父母的心理需求状况和最为重要的需求内容,探讨住院新生儿父母需求的影响因素。方法:2003-01/12采用描述性研究方法,应用危急患者家庭需求量表(criticalcarefamilyneedsinventory,CCFNI)调查中国医科大学附属第二医院新生儿科住院新生儿父母的心理需求状况。结果:①住院新生儿父母总的需求程度为重要(3.13±0.41)。②住院新生儿父母的心理需求与其性别(P=0.001)、有无照顾婴儿经验(P=0.019)和住院新生儿病情(P=0.008)有关(R=0.252)。结论:临床工作者应以家庭为单位对住院新生儿进行护理。

AIM: To describe the level of psychological needs and the most important needs of the parents of hospitalized neonatal infants, and discuss the influencing factors of the needs in the parents.METHODS: A descriptive design was employed in this study. From January to December in 2003, the level of psychological need of the parents of neonatal infants who received services on the inpatient basis in the Second Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University were recruited to complete the critical care family needs inventory (CCFNI). RESULTS: ①The general level of needs was important (3.13±0.41).②The level of psychological needs perceived by the parents of neonatal infants was related with the gender of the patients (P=0.001), having parenting experience or not (P=0.019) and the condition of the hospitalized infants (P=0.008) (R=0.252). CONCLUSION: The results of this study imply that the scope of nursing care should be extended to the family, not be limited only to the newborn baby.
