摘要
目的:研究红花注射液对冠心病患者血液流变学和自由基损伤的影响,探讨红花注射液治疗冠心病的作用机制。方法:2001/2002河北北方学院附属第一医院心内科住院的冠心病患者共562例。以符合标准冠心病患者50例为研究对象(冠心病组),男31例,女19例。选择来源于自愿体检受试的学生及医务人务30例健康人为对照组,男女各15例。在治疗前后,测定血液流变学各项指标的变化;同时,分别应用改良TBA微量法、黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定检测血清丙二醛含量、超氧化物歧化酶(superosidedismutase,SOD)活性的变化。结果:冠心病组治疗前表现为血液流变性异常,治疗后全血黏度、血浆黏度明显降低(t=1.743,1.697,1.970,P<0.05)。冠心病患者治疗前存在自由基损伤,表现为血清丙二醛水平犤(10.25±2.42)nmol/L犦高于对照组犤(4.66±1.45)nmol/L,t=2.746,P<0.01犦,SOD活性犤(71.34±13.49)NU/L犦显著低于对照组犤(108.34±16.98)NU/L,t=2.364,P<0.05犦,治疗后血清丙二醛水平比治疗前显著降低(t=2.195,P<0.05),SOD活性比治疗前显著升高(t=1.886,P<0.05)。结论:红花注射液对冠心病的治疗机制与改善血液流变性异常和抗自由基损伤有关。
AIM:To observe the effect of honghua injection on hemorheological indexes and free radical injury in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD),and investigate its functional mechanism on CAD.METHODS:Totally 652 CAD patients hospitalizing in the Department of Cardiology,First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University from 2001 to 2002 were selected.A total of 50 patients were included in this experiment(CAD group),with 31 males and 19 females.Thirty healthy people half male and half female) were selected from voluntary health examinees.Changes of hemorheological indexes were measured before and after treatment;and meanwhile,changes of malondialdehyde(MDA) content and superoside dismutase(SOD) activity in serum were measured with modificatory TBA microdetermination, xanthine oxidase method.RESULTS:Abnormal hemorrheological changes were found before treatment in the CAD group;and after treatment,plasma viscosity and blood viscosity were significantly lower compared with pre-treatment(t=1.743,1.697,1.970,P< 0.05).Free radical injury was in patients with CAD before treatment,which presented as that MDA content in serum[(10.25±2.42) nmol/L] was higher than that of control group[(4.66±1.45) nmol/L,t=2.746,P< 0.01],and the SOD activity[(71.34±13.49) NU/L] was significantly lower than that of control group[(108.34±16.98) NU/L,t=2.364,P< 0.05].After treatment,the MDA level in serum after treatment was obviously decreased as compared with pre-treatment(t=2.195,P< 0.05) and the SOD activity was significantly increased as compared with pre-treatment(t=1.886,P< 0.05).CONCLUSION:Therapeutic mechanism of honghua injection on CAD has correlations with abnormal hemorrheological properties and free radical injury.
