Study and application of modern prevention and treatment for osteoporosis

摘要 骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)防治的关键在于提高骨峰值、减少骨吸收、增加骨形成和防止骨折。提高骨峰值是预防OP的早期目标。在饮食中应保证足够的钙及维生素D的摄入,日常应适当的进行户外运动。临床观察还提示雌激素、雌激素受体拮抗剂、降钙素、双磷酸盐以及新发现的半胱氨酸组织蛋白酶抑制剂对抑制骨吸收均有较好的作用;氟化钠、甲状旁腺激素、胰岛素生长因子和近年来研究发现的护骨素及他汀类降脂药对刺激骨形成、增加骨量、减少骨折等疗效满意;序贯疗法包括了骨吸收与骨形成这两个过程的顺序进行,能提高骨密度4.26%,85%的骨痛缓解。
