小脑电刺激治疗对脑性瘫痪患儿运动功能和智力发育的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察小脑电刺激治疗对脑性瘫痪患儿的临床治疗作用并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:120位符合入选标准的脑性瘫痪患儿按就诊时间、性别随机分为两组:观察组(小脑电刺激加综合康复治疗)和对照组(综合康复治疗),连续治疗3个月,治疗前和治疗结束后分别进行粗大运动功能量表评估和Gesell智力测试。结果:小脑电刺激观察组疗效(总有效率95%)好于对照组(80%,P<0.01),观察组粗大运动功能量表评分结果(37.49±4.81)及Gesell智力测试之适应性项发育商得分结果(84.86±7.27)均较对照组高(P<0.01)。结论:小脑电刺激是脑性瘫痪患儿安全、有效的临床康复治疗手段之一。 AIM:To observe the effect of cerebellar electric stimulation(CES) on the clinical treatment of children with cerebral palsy(CP),and explore its mechanism. METHODS:Totally 120 CP children, who met the including criteria,were divided into two groups according to their time of hospitalization and sex: observation group(n=60) control group(n=60),all the patients received comprehensive treatment for 3 months successively,besides,those in the observation group were also treated with CES.Patients in both groups were evaluated with the gross motor function measure(GMFM) and the development quotient(DQ) of Gesell intelligence test before and after treatment. RESULTS:The total effective rate in the CES observation group(95%) was better than that in the control group(80%,P< 0.01).The results of GMFM and DQ in the CES observation group (37.49±4.81, 84.86±7.27) were higher than those in the control group (P< 0.01). CONCLUSION:CES is one of the important means of safe and effective clinical rehabilitation of CP children.
