巯基乙酸为稳定剂在MWCNTs上原位生长CdSe量子点 被引量:5

In situ Growth of CdSe Quantum Dots on MWCNTs with Thioglycollic Acid as the Stabilizer

摘要 以巯基乙酸作为稳定剂在无毒的溶剂中和较低的温度下实现了CdSe量子点在MWCNTs(多壁碳纳米管)上的原位生长,并用TEM、HRTEM、EDS、XRD、XPS和PL等工具对CdSe量子点-MWCNTs异质结(CdSe-MWCNTs)进行了表征.结果表明,CdSe量子点的晶型为立方晶型,平均粒径大约为4nm,CdSe-MWCNTs也具有一定的荧光性质. The CdSe-quantum dots were grown in situ on the multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) using thioglycollic acid as the stabilizer in mild reaction conditions (in aqueous solution and at 90 degreesC). The as prepared CdSe-MWCNTs quantum dots heterojunctions (CdSe-MWCNTs) were characterized by TEM, HRTEM, EDS, XRD and XPS measurements. The EDS and XPS analysis shows that the quantum dots are mainly composed of Se and Cd elements and their binding energies correspond to that of semiconductor CdSe. The XRD measurement suggests that the CdSe quantum dots have the cubic phase. The HRTEM results reveal that the diameter of CdSe quantum dots is about 4 nm. It is also found that the thioglycollic acid can prohibit the conglomeration of the individual nanocrystals. The distinct optical properties were visualized by the photoluminescent measurements.
