摘要
考察了硫酸铈水溶液的荧光性质 ,建立了方便、简单的铈荧光光度测定方法 ,在 0 .8～ 15 0 .0ng·ml- 1 范围内有良好的线性关系 ,线性回归方程为 :F =1.9685 +0 .90 84c,相关系数r=0 .9996。常见阳离子和阴离子不干扰铈 (Ⅳ )离子的测定。
Spectrofluorometric determination of trace amounts of cerium (Ⅳ) was found expediently and simplify by seeing about solution of sulfate cerium (Ⅳ). The calibration curve is linearly proportional to the Ce (Ⅳ) concentration over the range 0.8～150.0 ng·ml -1, and the calibration curve obeys the following linear regression equation F=1.9685+0.9084c with the regression coefficient 0.9996. The familiar foreign ions do not interfere the determination of Ce(Ⅳ).
