医源性跗骨窦综合征5例 被引量：4

摘要 医源性跗骨窦综合征是由于下肢损伤石膏外固定治疗不当,引起的足部外翻、前足外展畸形,跗骨窦处疼痛、压痛,踝关节跖屈,内翻活动受限,跛行及小腿感觉异常,长期影响行走和劳动等一系列症状.临床并不罕见,但鲜有报道.它是完全可以预防的一种疾病,几年来我们应用动静结合,平衡足部肌力的方法,治疗医源性跗骨窦综合征5例(7足),疗效满意,报告如下.
