摘要
目的观察Orbscan生物测量系统在测量角膜厚度和前房深度等方面的临床应用价值。方法31人(57只眼)接受了Orbscan生物测量系统的检查,通过计算机分析建立眼前部的三维立体图像,分别计算角膜中央以及距中心15mm、25mm、35mm、45mm处的上方、下方、鼻侧及颞侧角膜厚度值及前房深度值,并对角膜厚度及前房深度值进行相关回归分析。结果角膜厚度呈周边大于中心分布,各角膜环象限中测量值非常接近,旁中心各象限以颞侧为最小。前房深度呈中心大于周边,旁中心各象限以颞侧为最大。角膜厚度与前房深度间的关系服从直线回归角膜厚度=815922-67863×前房深度,相关系数r=0661。结论(1)Orbscan生物测量系统是一种无创伤的眼前部生物测量仪器,它测量结果覆盖范围广、精确性高,具有较高的应用价值。(2)角膜厚度旁中心各象限中以颞侧为最小,前房深度旁中心各象限中以颞侧为最大,角膜厚度与前房深度之间为负相关关系。
OBJECTIVE To assess the reliability of Orbscan Tomography/Pachymetry System(OTPS)for measuring corneal thickness and anterior chamber depth METHODS Each of the 57 eyes was examined with OTPS three-dimensional stereo images of anterior segment eyeballs were created by computer Corneal thickness and anterior chamber depth were measured at central cornea and at 1 5mm、2 5mm、3 5mm、4 5mm from center of cornea for superior,inferior,nasal,and temporal cornea A regress analysis of relativity on corneal thickness and anterior chamber depth was calculated RESULTS The Average thickness of central cornea was thicker at center than peripheral Data of corneal thickness was appropriate at each quadrant The temporal cornea of paracentral cornea had the lowest average thickness The central anterior chamber had the greatest average depth,and the temporal anterior chamber had the greatest average depth。The relationship between corneal thickness and anterior chamber was linear and conformed to the regression equation:corneal thickness=815 922-67 863×anterior chamber,the correlation coefficient was 0 661。CONCLUSION (1)OTPS is a good instrument in detecting corneal thickness and anterior chamber depth。(2)the temporal cornea had the lowest average thickness,and the temporal anterior chamber had the greatest average depth,the relationship between corneal thickness and anterior chamber was negative correlative。
