颅脑损伤血浆D-二聚体含量与伤情严重程度及预后的关系

The Study of Relationship between the Plasma Levels of D-dimer in Patients with Head Injuries and the Severity and Prognosis of Head Injury

目的 :探讨 D-二聚体 (DD)含量与颅脑损伤患者伤情、预后的相关性。方法 :应用 D-二聚体定量测定的方法 ,动态检测 90例不同伤情的颅脑损伤患者血浆中 D-二聚体的含量 ,探讨 DD含量与格拉斯哥昏迷分级 (GCS)、格拉斯哥预后分级 (GOS)的关系。结果 :患者组 DD含量明显高于对照组 ;DD含量与 GCS、GOS呈负相关 ,并随伤情演变同步升降。结论 :血浆 DD的定量测定有助于早期、准确地判断伤情与预后。

Objective:To study the correlation between the levels of D-dimer(DD)and the severity and prognosis of head injury.Methods:The plasma levels of D-dimer(DD)were quantitatively dynamically measured in 90 patients with head injuries,while the relationship between Glasgow coma score(GCS),Glasgow outcome score(GOS) and the concentration of DD were also studied.Results:The plasma levels of DD in patients with head injuries increased markedly compared with healthy control group.The concentration of DD correlated negatively with GCS,GOS,and synchronized with the injury severity.Conclusion:The measurement of DD in plasma may be useful to judge the severity and prognosis of head injury in early stage.
