胰岛素抵抗与冠状动脉病变程度之间的关系

Relationship between Insulin Resistance and the Damage Degree of Coronary Artery

目的 :探讨胰岛素抵抗与冠状动脉病变程度的关系。方法 :按冠状动脉造影结果 89例分为正常组、病变组及不同程度病变组 ,对其胰岛素抵抗水平进行统计学分析。结果 :正常组与病变组间、正常组与不同程度病变组间胰岛素抵抗水平有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 ,P<0 .0 1) ,病变组内部两两比较显示有递减趋势。结论 :胰岛素抵抗水平与冠状动脉病变程度密切相关 。

Objective:To investigate the relationship between insulin resistance level and the extent of coronary arterial stenosis.Methods:89 cases who had undergone diagnostic coronary angiography were divided into normal group (group A),group with pathological changes(group B), and group with different degrees of pathological changes(group C).Statistical analysis was carried out about their insulin resistance levels.Reults:There was significant difference in insulin resistance level between group A and group B,and between group A and group C(P<0.05, P<0.01).The insulin resistance level within group B showed a decreasing tendency.Conclusion:There should exist close correlation between insulin resistance level and the damaged degree of coronary arterial stenosis,which was of great significance to the prevention and the treatment of coronary heart disease.
