Misdiagnostic Analysis of Inappropriate Sinus Tachycardia

目的 :总结不适当窦性心动过速的误诊原因及诊断要点。方法 :对不适当窦性心动过速 8例诊断过程进行分析讨论。结果 :8例中误诊为病毒性心肌炎 3例 ,误诊为阵发性室上性心动过速 1例 ,误诊为重症肌无力 2例 ,误诊为原发性扩张型心肌病 2例。结论 :认识和重视不足是窦性心动过速误诊的主要原因。

Objective:To summarize the reason for misdiagnosis of inappropriate sinus tachycardia and the main point of its diagnosis.Methods:The diagnostic process were analyzed and discussed.Results:Among the 8 cases, 3 cases was misdiagnosed as viral myocarditis, 1 case as paroxysmal supreventricular tachycardia, 2 cases as myasthenia gravis, and 2 cases as primary dilated myocardiopathy.Conclusion:The lack of understanding of and attention to inappropriate sinus tachycardia were the main reasons for the misdiagnosis.
