摘要
目的 :建立软组织恶性肿瘤动物模型并研究MSCT灌注成像在软组织肿瘤中的应用价值。材料和方法 :1 2只新西兰大白兔 ,双侧大腿近段注射VX2肿瘤组织悬液 0 .1ml ,分别于肿瘤组织接种后第 7、1 4、2 1、2 8天行CT平扫和灌注扫描 ,扫描图像经AW 4.0工作站处理 ,计算并分析灌注图像和灌注参数 ,包括血流量 (BF)、血容量 (BV)、平均通过时间(MTT)和表面通透性 (PS)。结果 :所有兔大腿VX2肿瘤组织的BF、BV、PS值明显高于正常肌肉组织 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,而MTT值则明显低于正常肌肉组织 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。结论
Purpose: To establish an experimental animal model of soft tissue tumor and investigate the applicative value of multi slice spiral CT (MSCT) perfusion imaging for soft tissue tumor. Materials and Methods: 0.1ml VX2 tumor tissue suspension was implanted in the left and right proximal thighs of 12 Newzealand white rabbits.7days, 14 days, 21 days and 28 days later, plain CT scan and CT perfusion were performed in these rabbits respectively, then the images were transferred to AW4.0 workstation, the functional maps and perfusion parameters including blood flow (BF), blood volume (BV), mean transit time (MTT) and permeability surface (PS) were analyzed. Results: The values of BF, BV, PS of VX2 tumors in the thighs of rabbits were obviously higher and the MTT values were lower than that of the normal muscle tissue significantly (P<0.001). Conclusion: MSCT perfusion imaging is an accurate and relatively simple functional imaging technique, which can quantitatively assess the blood supply of soft tissue tumors.
