摘要
目的 :研究美兰和超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)对变形链球菌生长的作用 ,探讨美兰和超氧化物歧化酶用于龋病预防的可行性。方法 :采用比浊法测定有无美兰存在条件下变形链球菌的OD值 ,采用麦氏比浊法测定不同浓度SOD条件下变形链球菌的生长量。结果 :美兰对变形链球菌的生长具有抑制作用 ;不同浓度SOD对变形链球菌的生长均有促进作用。结论 :美兰及SOD均能清除氧自由基 ,但由于作用机制不同 ,二者对变形链球菌生长作用的表现不同。美兰的抑菌作用有望用于龋病预防。
Objective:To study the effect of methylen e blue and superoxide dism utase on the growth of Streptococcus mutans and investigate the feasibility of t hem used as dental caries prevention .Method:Nephelometer meth od was used to measure OD value of St reptococcus mu tans culture fluid when methylene blue was in the culture fluid or not. The conc entrations of Streptococcus mutans incubated with different level superoxide dis mutase were determined by Mc Farland colormeter method.Result:M ethylene blue inhibited the growth of Streptococcus mutans, but supero xide d ismutase in the different level promoted the growth of Streptococcus mutans.Conclusion:Because of the different in role mechanism, the effect of methylene blue and superoxide dismuta se on the growth of Streptococcus mutans is different. Methylene blue may be a v aluable dental caries prevention agent. [
