种植固位体在先天性全口缺牙患者义齿修复中的应用

Dental implant prosthetics in ectodermal dysplasia

目的 :采用种植技术修复先天性全口缺牙或多数牙缺失。方法 :对 3例先天性全口缺牙或多数牙缺失病例 ,下颌骨植入MDIC种植体 ,行下颌覆盖种植可摘义齿修复。结果 :经种植修复后 3 -6个月的随访发现义齿在固位、咀嚼、语言功能及美观等方面的修复效果良好 ,患者满意。结论 :对因外胚层发育不全致牙齿及颌骨发育严重异常 ,常规方法无法进行义齿修复者 。

Objective:Implant supported denture was u sed in patients with congen ital loss of most teeth caused by ectodermal dysplasia.Method: To choice three ectodermal dysplasia patients with sparse hair ,obviously cupped middle face, pr ominent forehead and high-set orbits, a generalized symmetric reduction of the w hole craniofacial complex, and anadontia,and MDIC implants supported removable d enture was applied after placement endosseous implants in mandibular,And convent ional removable denture at maxillary.Result: After 3,6 month ha ve found that t he patients was satisfied with the treatment in mastication ,lip protrude, heigh tened basifacial part and esthetics.Conclusion: To patients with seriously defe ctive in teeth and jaw caused by ectodermal dysplasia, conventional removable de nture can not get enough retention, so that implant supported denture could achi eve satisfactory effects. [
