大豆异黄酮防治妇女雌激素缺乏相关性疾病的研究进展
摘要
大豆异黄酮是一种结构与雌激素17β-雌二醇棚似,具有雌激素活性的重要植物雌激素。妇女绝经后由于雌激素水平下降,热潮红、心血管疾病、骨质疏松症和老年性痴呆等发病率升高。本文综述了近年来有关大豆异黄酮防治绝经后妇女雌激素缺乏相关性疾病的研究进展。
