摘要
将样品直接注入液体杯,用X射线荧光光谱法测定汽油中痕量锰和铁含量,锰、铁的检出限为0.2mg·L-1。采用康普顿散射线作内标,部分地校正了样品间的基体差异。
By using the more advanced XRF spectrometer, liquid oil sample was introduced directly into the instrument with a specially designed sample cup. By this modification, not only the tedious pretreatment of oil sample was avoided, but also the total amount of manganese in sample was determined rationally. Optimum working conditions of the instrument (SRS 3400 programmed XRF spectrometer) were described in detail. The interferences of difference in matrix of samples were corrected partly by using the rhodium compton scattering spectral line as internal standard. Limit of detection of both manganese and iron were found to be 0.2mg·L^(-1).
