摘要 20世纪德国基础教育改革政策在发展过程中分别体现出国家化、民主化与欧盟化的不同特色,致使不同历史时期,德国基础教育改革政策的方方面面,诸如学制、课程、教师、教育管理以及教育经费等政策,皆分别围绕教育的国家化、民主化与欧盟化特点而展开和实施。因此,探讨德国基础教育改革政策的演进与特点,不仅有助于我们理清德国基础教育改革政策的发展脉络,而且对我们理解德国基础教育改革政策的具体问题提供了一个分析框架。 As it shows different features of nationalization,democratization and Europeanization in the development of German basic education reform in the 20th century,all sorts of policies of basic education reformation in Germany in different historical periods including the policies of system of schooling,curriculum,teacher,educational management and educational funds and so on were formulated and implemented according to features of nationalization,democratization and Europeanization in education. Therefore,by discussing the features and evolution of the policies of German basic education reformationwe not only sort out the thread of thought in the development of policies of German basic education reformation,but also gain a basic form to analyze and understand the exact problems of the policies of German basic education reformation.
