Analysis on Teachers Situation of Russian Higher Institutions

建立一支高质量的高等院校师资队伍是提高本国教育教学质量的关键。文章对俄罗斯转型过程中高校教师队伍的学历、职称、年龄结构;高校教师的社会地位、生存环境;高校教师的专业结构和业务培训等三方面的变化情况进行了分析论证,提出了这一阶段高校教师队伍存在的问题,以及近些年来俄联邦政府所采取的措施和解决的方法。同时指出,现阶段俄罗斯高校教师队伍相对稳定,教育教学质量大幅度提高是目前仍然不可忽视的问题。

Building up a qualified college teaching body is essential for improving the whole country's education quality. This paper aims to make detailed analyses of college teachers about the following aspects--diploma,professional title,age composition,social position,welfare,professional structure and training as well. This paper proposes some existing problems and measures and solutions which Russian federal government has adopted to solve these problems. Finally,it points out that in Russia,the teachers in higher institutions remains relatively steady and teaching quality improves a lot.
