痢必灵胶囊中苦参的鉴别与苦参碱的含量测定

The Presence of Sophora flavescens Ait.and the Content Determination for Libiling Capsule

目的 :研究痢必灵胶囊中苦参碱的含量测定方法 ,为制订其质量标准提供依据。方法 :用薄层色谱法鉴别苦参 ,用薄层扫描法测定苦参碱的含量。结果 :苦参碱的线性范围为 3.6 6～ 15 .2 5 μg,r=0 .996 0 ,平均回收率为 98.80 %。结论 :采用薄层色谱法可以鉴别痢必灵胶囊中的苦参 ,用薄层扫描法测定苦参碱的含量及制定成品含量限度 ,可作为该品的初步质控方法和标准。

Objective:To study the method of determining content of matrine for Libiling Capsule and providing the basis for establishing the quality standard.Methods:The presence of Radix Sophora flavescena Ait. was verified by TLC, the content of matrine was determined quantitatively by TLCS.Results:Concentration curve of matrine showed linearity over the range of 3.66～15.25 μg,correlation coefficient is 0.996 0,average recovery rate is 98.80%.Conclusion:TLC can be used to determe the presence of Sophora flavescens Ait., TLCS can be used to determe the content of matrine, the prescripted quantitative standards can be used for the primary quality control of Libiling Capsule.
