摘要
目的 :确立熊胆救心滴丸的最佳成型工艺。方法 :采用正交实验法 ,从药物与基质 (聚乙二醇 6 0 0 0 )的比例、冷凝液(液体石蜡 )的温度、药液的温度、滴速等方面进行选择。结果 :药物与基质的比例为 1∶ 5 ,冷却温度 12~ 13℃ ,药液温度为85℃ ,滴速为 6 0滴 / min时熊胆救心滴丸质量最好。结论 :证明此工艺是可行的 ,适合产业化大生产。
Objective:To establish the optimum preparation process for Xiongdanjiuxin Dropping Pills.Methods:On the basis of orthogonal design,preparation conditions were selected among ratio of drug and polyglycol6000(as substance),procession temperature of usoline(as cooling agent), temperature of drug fluid and rate of dribbling.Results:Under the condition of using ratio of drug fluid and substance is 1:5,cooling temperature is 12~13℃,the temperature of drug fluid is 85℃,the rate of dripping is 60 drops per minute, the quality of Xiongdanjiuxin Pills is good.Conclusion:It proves that the process is available and it is suitable for industrial production.
