运用博弈论,从经济效益角度建立了企业跨国经营决策的博弈模型,论述了我国企业大规模跨国经营的现实条件是不成熟的,而努力去创造大规模跨国经营的条件才是理性的选择.

This paper sets up a transnational running of corporations model for determining transnational running of corporations. In the end this paper demonstrates that the stimulus of large transnational running of corporations is unrealistic in our country now, but it is a sensible choice to construct the objective environments of large transnational running of corporations.
