Hospital Infection among Tumor Patients in Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital: Analysis and Prevention

目的 探讨肿瘤病患者医院感染的原因和预防措施。方法 对我院 2 0 0 2年 1～ 12月肿瘤科所发生的医院感染 178例进行回顾性统计分析。结果 肿瘤病患者医院感染多见于肺癌、肝癌 ,好发部位为呼吸道、胃肠道、泌尿道 ;引起医院感染常见病原菌为大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、克雷伯菌属、白色念珠菌。结论提高机体免疫力、控制内源性感染 ,是预防肿瘤感染的主要措施。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the reason and prevention of hospital infection among tumor patients. METHODS A total of 178 cases of hospital infections occurred in Department of Oncology in Heilongjiang provincial hospital between Jan 2002 and Dec 2002 were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS Hospital infections were common among patients with lung cancer and liver cancer. The most frequent hospital infection sites were respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract and urinary tract. The common pathogenic bacteria that caused hospital infections were Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeroginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae and Candida albicans. CONCLUSIONS The main prevention and control means of hospital infection among tumor patients are to improve the human immunity and control endogenous infections.
