摘要 目的 了解纤支镜辅助下微波治疗支气管内膜结核 (EBTB)与医院下呼吸道感染的关系及易感因素 ,提出预防措施。方法 患者入院后及纤支镜检查前、后均留取痰液进行结核菌、细菌和真菌涂片及培养 ,并对纤支镜管等进行微生物监测。结果 微波辅助治疗 EBTB患者医院下呼吸道感染率比同期医院住院患者明显偏高 ,P<0 .0 1。结论 必须加强预防控制医院感染措施 ,掌握治疗时机、保持呼吸道通畅、做好纤支镜消毒等以降低医院感染发生率。 OBJECTIVE To study the relationship between the treatment of endobronchial tuberculosis (EBTB) with microwave through bronchofiberscope and the lower respiratory tract infection and its predisposing factor. METHODS Mycobacterium tuberculosis, other bacteria and fungi in the patient′s sputum were detected by smear and cultivation after hospitalization, before and after bronchofiberscopy and the microbes in the tube of bronchofiberscope were monitored. RESULTS The rate of lower respiratory tract infection in patients with EBTB treated by microwave was significantly high than that of other inpatients. CONCLUSIONS To get lower rate of nosocomial infection of the patients with EBTB treated by microwave, the patients should be treated at suitable time and under unobstruction and the bronchofiberscope should be sterilized thoroughly.
