围手术期抗生素应用的调查分析

目的 促进抗生素的合理使用。方法 调查我科连续手术的 10 4例患者围手术期应用抗生素的情况。结果 10 4例患者全部使用了抗生素 ,术前和术后使用抗生素的比例分别为 10 .6 %和 10 0 % ;术后单用一种和应用二联、三联和四联抗生素的分别占 2 4 %、37%、2 4 %和 15 % ;清洁手术患者平均使用抗生素 4 .9d,污染手术患者平均使用抗生素 7.7d,清洁手术和污染手术术后使用抗生素 >3d者占 90 %。结论 在围手术期抗生素的使用中存在着不合理之处 ,应予避免。

OBJECTIVE To accelerate the correct application of antibiotics. METHODS The application of (antibiotics) in perioperation period to 104 consecutive patients in our department was investigated. RESULTS (Antibiotics) were used in all of 104 patients. 10.6% and 100% of them were given antibiotics, respectively, (before) operation and after operation. 24% of the patients received single antibiotic treatment, and 37%, 24%, 15% of all patients received 2, 3 or 4 kinds of antibiotics combined therapy respectively. The mean duration of antibiotic therapy was 4.9 days for the patients receiving aseptic operation and 7.7 days for those receiving (contaminative) operation. 90% of the patients receiving aseptic or contaminative operation were treated with (antibiotics) for 3 days or more. CONCLUSIONS Improper application of antibiotics in perioperation period should be avoided.
