摘要
目的 为探讨大面积烧伤患者抗生素的合理使用。方法 依据住院时间及不同治疗措施 ,将收治的 80例大面积烧伤患者分成两组 ,1990年 4月～ 1994年 12月 (A组 )及 1995年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 12月 (B组 ) ,进行分析。结果 B组抗生素应用种类、时间分别较 A组少、短 ,二重感染发生率及创面脓毒症发病率却较 A组低(P<0 .0 5 )。结论 手术方式改变、抗生素应用观念的更新、促进创面愈合药物的使用及注意隔离措施实施、扶持机体的免疫功能 ,可减少烧伤患者抗生素应用时间、种类。
OBJECTIVE To use antibiotics reasonably for severely burned patients. METHODS Eighty patients with major burn wounds (total burn surface area ≥50%) were involved in this study from Jan 1990 to Dec 2000. According to the application time of different treatment measures, two different periods were divided and analyzed, namely from 1990 to 1994 (group A), and from 1995 to 2000 (group B). RESULTS The category and time of application of antibiotics in group B was significantly fewer and shorter than that of group A. Incidence of superinfection and sepsis in group B was lower than that in group A. CONCLUSIONS Changes in the idea of surgical operation and antibiotics application, the usage of wound healing drugs and isolation measure, improving the immunity function can reduce the category and time of antibiotics application.
