中医药抗感染治疗的探讨

Anti-infective Treatment with Chinese Traditional Medicine

目的 探讨中医中药在抗感染治疗中的作用。方法 对感染性疾病重视调整机体内在的抗病能力及邪正双方在体内的消长变化 ,并针对疾病发展过程中的不同特点进行辨证施治。结果 中医中药不仅能抗菌和抗病毒而且能提高机体的免疫力 ,是抗感染的重要途径。结论 抗感染治疗疾病的最好的途径是中西药配伍、优势互补 。

OBJECTIVE To study the role of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) played in anti-infective treatment. METHODS Fighting against infectious diseases, we should pay more attention to modulating genuine anti-disease ability and balancing positive and negative powers in the body. Treatment by diferentiation of symptoms and should be maintained according to various features and indications developed during disease′s progressing. RESULTS TCM medicine and traditional chinese materia medica (TCMM) are important in antibacterial and antiviral treatment, as well as able to strengthening body′s immune system, to be a good anti-infective tool. CONCLUSIONS The best way of treating infectious disease is combining western and traditional Chinese medicine, complementing with both advantages, and merging up each other in treatment scheme.
