摘要 目的 了解解脲脲支原体 ( U u)和人型支原体 ( Mh)的耐药状况 ,指导临床合理用药。方法 应用Mycoplasm a IST试剂盒进行支原体检测及药敏分析。结果  16 8例疑似非淋菌性尿道炎 ( NGU )患者 ,73例支原体培养阳性 ,阳性率为 4 3.4 %其中 Uu阳性 5 1例 (阳性率 30 .3% ) ,Uu+ Mh阳性 19例 (阳性率 11.3% ) ;对四环素耐药率最高 ,占 5 2 .9% ,其次为红霉素 ,占 4 7.1% ,对氧氟沙星、多西环素、交沙霉素、普那霉素 (原始霉素 )耐药率较低 ,分别为 2 5 .4 %、7.8%、5 .8%和 1.9%。 OBJECTIVE To acquire the information about the present resistance characteristics in Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis (Mh), and to instruct reasonable application of antibiotics clinically. METHODS Mycoplasma IST kits were used to measure the mycoplasma and to analyze the drug susceptibility. RESULTS Among 73 cases of non-gonoccocal urethritis (NGU), mycoplasma positive rate was 43.4%, Uu positive were 51 cases (positive rate 30.3%). Uu and Mh positive were 19 cases (positive rate 11.3%). The result of susceptibility showed that the highest resistant rate was to tetracycline (52.9%), next was to erythromycin (47.1%). The resistant rate to ofloxacin, doxycycline, josamycin and pristinamycin was 25.4%, 7.8%, 5.8% and 1.9%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS Ofloxacine and josamycin are recommended to be the first choice to treat NGU.
