This article gives an elementary introduction of the general situation and the course of financial innovation in both our country and the international market, analyzes the new features of financial innovation coming out in our country currently and by comparing the financial innovation in our country with the ones in international market, puts forward the differences between them and the rea-sons for them. In addition, this article also discusses the necessity and feasibility of developing financial innovation in our country and finally suggests some means on how to promote it.
