As the information age ooming, enterprises are faced with a great deal of messages, which not only afford much information about decisions for them, but also make them confused. The risks of decisions that the oompanies must face are more and more and they express many different new characteristics with the complicatedness of the ecosystem environment. Furthermore how to efficiently deal with the risks of decisions has been the major problem confronted by the insiders. This paper analyzes how to establish the risk mechanism of decisions that make it used to gaining not losing in the Chinese ecosystem environment of the enterprise.
