摘要
育人质量是高等学校生存和发展的根本,教学质量是育人质量的核心,本文认为要保证西部新升本科院校的教学质量,首先必须搞好专业建设。
Educational quality is the foundation of existence and development for universities.The teaching quality is the key to it.This paper holds that the speciality construction must be done well in order to guarantee the teaching quality of the western new universities.
