摘要
通过比较、研究,我国东西部在地域条件、经济条件和教育发展方面存在着明显的差距。如何促使西部高校实现跨越式发展,促进西部大开发?本文在西部高校人力资源开发和管理方面,提出了许多新观念、新举措、新对策和新构想。
It is compared and studied that the western and eastern parts of China have obvious disparity in regional condition, economic situation and educational development. How to impel the western university to realize the great-leap-forward development, promote the development of western regions? This paper puts forward a lot of new ideas, new action, new countermeasure and new plans in development and management of west university's human resources.
