摘要
本文给出运用模糊综合评判法考评人员素质的方法,可对人员素质进行校级和院(系)级的二级评定,消除了对人员素质只进行基层考评的局限性。
In this paper, a checking method for staff quality is presented with the fuzzy synthetic judgment. The recommended method can be used to verify qualifications of staff quality at a twolevel checking, by both of the university and department authorities , to eliminate the limitations of the single checking from the basic unit.
