摘要
分摊建筑物占用范围内的土地面积,不能简单地以评估对象建筑面积占总建筑面积的比例来分摊土地面积。本文提出,应分别三种情况采用不同的方法来分摊建筑物占用范围内的土地面积。
Land area can not be easily apportioned by the proportion between the area of the appraisal object and the total area of the building. The author offers the various ways to apportion the land area in three different aspects.
