摘要
用SQCE理论,对DBQ3000型塔机主臂杆母材非接头和接头部位存在的纵向闭合裂纹进行了分析计算,圆满地解决了先天性表面纵向闭合裂纹对塔机主臂杆强度和寿命的影响问题。对含裂纹构件的安全评定做了新的尝试。
The longitudinal closed cracks located at joints and nonjoints on the main arm of DBQ-3000 tower crane are analyzed by the SQCE theory [1] in this paper. The problems of the influence of the cracks on the strength and the life of the tower crane are solved satistactorily.
