中空玻璃镀膜层化学变性的研究

摘要 金属铜镀膜层在空气层中的水、氧气和二氧化碳的作用下转变为碱式碳酸铜,进一步与来自多硫聚合物的二氧化硫作用,生成亚硫酸铜,最后被空气中的氧气氧化为硫酸铜,造成腐蚀,使镀层化学性能发生变化。这是一个中空玻璃金属镀膜层化学变性的实例。 An example of chemical corrosion of coated film on insulated glass was reported. The copper component of the film was changed to basic copper carbonate by reacting with water vapour, oxygen and carbon dioxide in air. Then basic copper carbonate reacted with sulfur dioxide produced from polysulfide polymer to form copper sulfite. Copper sulfite was further oxidized by air and turned into copper sulfate. The coated film was eroded during these processes.
