研究中国服装民族化与现代化相结合的问题.以旗袍改制和其它民族元素在现代服装中的运用为中心,选取谭燕玉、张肇达、汤姆·福特和罗伯特·卡瓦利等中外设计师及其作品进行述评,分析比较其设计思路以及取得的成就.

The combination of nationatization and modernization of Chinese apparel is studied. According to the cheongsam reforming system and the application of other national elements in the modern clothing, choosing Vivienne Tan, Mark Cheung, Tom Ford and Robert Cavalli and their works,which come separately from Hong Kong, China Mainland and foreign countries, to analyse and compare the designs and achievements.
