摘要
本文将冷凝传热膜系数a_1和沸腾传热膜系数a_2整理成再沸器传热速度q的函数。应用计算机解q方程计算出a_1、a_2,根据a_1、a_2求出再沸器的总传热系数K,通过举例计算获得了满意结果,此方法免去了试差的麻烦,非常简便。
This paper puts condensation heat transfer film coefficient d_1 and boiling heat transfer film coefficient d_2 into a function of the heat flow rate q for reboiler, and then d_1 and d_2 are solved from the equation wity q by computer. Based on values d_1 and d_2, the total heat transfer coefficient k for reboiler is worked out, and a satisfied result is obtained by the calculation of an example. This method is straight forward, avoiding being troubled with trial and error.
