摘要
通过对现有温差电公式进行理论推导,结合具体的试验结论,通过绘制Z-η(COP)、△T-η以及U-η三条关系曲线,直观地反映了最佳ηopt与优值系数Z、温差△T以及工作电压U之间的函数关系,从而为设计高效温差电空调系统奠定了理论基础.基于此,通过改进温差电材料的热电性能、提高优值系数Z、降低冷热面温差、优化工作电压以及引入高密高效散热器、改善散热条件等几个方面,设计了一套高效率的温差电空调系统,其致冷效率可以达到4~5.
The paper deduced the existing thermoelectric formula from three curves, and combined with the particular test conclusion by drawing curves reflecting the relationship between figure of merit(Z ), temperature difference-(DT ), voltage(U ) and coefficient of performance h (COP)respectively. It directly showed the functional relation between optimum h opt and Z ,DT and U. So it provided the theoretical base of designing the high-efficiency thermo electric air-conditioner system. Integrating theory with practice, by enhancing the figure of merit(Z ) and the performance of thermoelectric material, decreasing the temperature difference between heat and cool side, optimizing the working voltage and improving the heat-sink condition, a set of high-efficiency thermoelectric air-conditioner system was designed, whose cooling efficiency could achieve 4%~5%.
