摘要
锂离子蓄电池用高容量负极材料普遍存在首次不可逆容量高、循环性能差等问题。综述了锂离子蓄电池高容量含硅负极材料发展现状,总结了这类含硅材料的制备工艺和含硅负极材料的种类,包括Si/M(M为金属元素)、SiOx(0<x<2)、Si/C等二元体系及三元体系,并对各材料的电化学性能作了比较,分析了不同的体系对材料在高度脱嵌锂过程中的循环性能的改善作用。
The development of high capacity silicon-containing anode material in lithium-ion batteries was discussed in this paper. The preparing processes of silicon-containing type anode materials were introduced. The performances of different type materials such as Si/Metal, SiOx(0< x <2), Si/C and so on, were analyzed and compared. The modification of electrochemical performance for different types of silicon-containing electrode material were clarified.
