摘要 本文针对大型氮氢气压缩机活塞杆断裂的断口,在常规机械性能检查的基础上利用电子显微镜进行分析研究.特别是在微观检查中,证明了氢裂纹的存在.并发现了晶界腐蚀、凹坑、白斑等明显的氢脆特征.得出了断口属于疲劳性质环境断裂的结论。同时对初始裂纹及裂纹生成过程等方面也进行了探讨. In this paper the fracture surface of piston-rod of a large N2-H2 compresser is analyzed and studied by electronic microscrope on the basis of routine mechanical performance. The existence of bydrogence brittle is proved, especially during the micro-examination. The hydrogen-brittled features such as grain-boundary corrosion, steel-pit, hickie, etc. are found. And the conclusion is reached that the fracture-surface is the environmental fatigue fracture. Meanwhile the inital-crack and crack generating process are also discussed.
