摘要
介绍了冲击试验仪器化试验方法的应用,包括表面强化效应的研究、用冲击强度测渗碳钢的疲劳S-N曲线及突发性断裂强度、冲击试样宏观断口与冲击力-位移曲线之间的关系、焊缝区的冲击力及裂纹扩展功的测定、记忆合金、冲击裂纹形成及扩展研究、钢韧脆转变的评定方法等。
The paper demonstrates applications of impact test-instrumented test method in following ten respects,such as surface strength effect,determination of S-N curves and instant fracture strength of cemented steel by impact strength,relations between impact sample macro fracture and impact force-displacement curve,measurement of impact force and crack propagation work,memory alloy,formation and propagation of impact crack,assessment methods of tough-brittle transformation etc.
