利用啤酒废水培养SCP的可行性研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文研究了利用啤酒废水中大量营养物质,培养单细胞蛋白(SCP)。用正交实验确定了最佳工艺条件。实验结果表明:最适宜的培养条件为:pH5.5、C/N6.0、T6~9℃。连续培养啤酒废水的COD去除率81%。产率1%。该方法操作简单、管理方便,效果很好。尤其是采用低温发酵,节省能源。确实是啤酒行业废水处理的一个很好的途径。 This paper makes a study of fostering single cell protein(SCP) by the use of plenty of nutritious substances in beer waste water. The optimum technological conditions are determined by orthogontal experiment. The experiment results show the most suitable fostering condition is pH5.5, C/N6.0, T6-9℃. The removal rate COD_(cr)in the successive fostering of beer waste water is 81 percent; the yield of SCP one percent. There are simple operations and easy management as for the method. It is of good effect, especially when lower temperature ferment is adopted for economizing on resources. It is a really good way of treating waste water in beer industry.
