摘要
气动动力卡盘自带回转气缸 ,可用于普通车床、简易CNC车床和不便安置液压回转油缸的车床上 ,实现工件的自动装夹。文章分析了气动卡盘的结构和性能特点 ,介绍了气动卡盘的外接气路和应用。
Pneumatic power chucks is it transfer air cylinder to take back by oneself, can use ordinary lathe, simple CNC lathe and inconvenient to place closed center cylinder at the lathe, realize putting inserting automatically of the work piece. This text has analyse the structure of the pneumatic chuck and performance characteristic, has introduced the outer air way of control and application of the pneumatic chuck.
